[Editor's Note: It was an exciting opportunity to work with Tod daily for the final 10 years of his life. I started building this page for him in 1998, I barely knew what the internet was, but I did the best that I could. The site grew quickly under Tod's drive to make more information available. I intend to leave the site basically the way that it was when Tod died, with the exception that I am moving his "practice" page and building it into a resource for the present medical practice.
