Since the passage of CCUA, Dr. Tod has continually railed against govermental malfeasance. Much of this railing has been done at public gatherings where Dr. Tod has given presentations--a page of those presentations in powerpoint and html formats has been added.

Authoritarianism:  Social Disease   Written in 1997, a more lengthy piece with Dr. Tod's views explored more thoroughly.  This writing contrasts Authoritative or Authoritarian.

PAMS (Planning and Management System) / OMO (Outcome Management Overview)   While not related to Dr. Mikuriya's writings, these (fairly long) pdf files were produced by the city of Sunnyvale to increase public oversight of elected officials.

 

 

Politics

Leadership Accountability Act of 200X    Written in 1994, Updated 2002 this short work is a representative  introduction to Dr. Tod's political writings.  This essay is unfortunately more timely today than when it was originally written.
